How do you search suppliers for our orders?
Normally we will give preference to those suppliers who cooperate well before cause they are tested to offer good quality and price. For those products we don’t purchase before, we do as below.
Firstly, we find out the industrial clusters of your products, like toys in Shantou,electronic products in Shenzhen, Christmas products in Yiwu.
Secondly, we search the right factories online or go around the local wholesale market depending on your requirement and quantity.
Thirdly, we ask quotation and samples for checking. Samples can be delivered to you request(sample fee and express charge is paid by your side).
If I already buy from China, can you help me to export?
Yes! After your purchasing by yourself, if you worry about the supplier can’t do as you require, we can be your assistant to push production, check quality, arrange loading, exportation, customs declaration and after-sales service. The service fee is negotiable.
How can I pay and what payment methods do you accept ?
We accept bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union, Money Gram. 30% advance payment and balance before shipment.
Our 1688 Buying Procedure

Step 1: Check the products you want to buy
Tell us what you want to buy by sending the ticket above. Once we get your product link, our sourcing experts will check its price, contact the supplier, and calculate the shipping cost from the factory to our warehouse.
If your product link is from an English website such as AliExpress, Amazon, etc., we will search for a supplier with a better price for your product in China.
Step 2: Calculate project cost
Our sourcing experts will calculate all the cost of purchasing the product according to your requirements on quantity, specification, shipping address, etc., including product cost, domestic freight in China, international freight and any other possible costs.
Step 3: Charge for the product
After you confirm the order, we will charge you the first payment – product cost and domestic freight in China by drafting a Proforma Invoice.
Step 4: Sourcing products from suppliers
After receiving your payment, we will contact the supplier to purchase the product and request to ship it to our Shenzhen warehouse. This usually takes 3-5 days.
Step 5: Conduct quality inspection
After receiving the product, we will conduct quality inspection and take photos for you to confirm. And optimize product packing to save shipping costs, we can also provide packaging, labeling and other services according to your requirements.
After ensuring that the products are qualified, we will choose the most favorable shipping plan or whatever you need according to the product weight, and then contact the shipping company to pick up the goods. This usually takes 1-2 days.
Step 6: Arrange for door-to-door shipping
The shipping company will issue a freight bill after receiving the goods, and we will draft a Proforma Invoice for this fee and the 1688 sourcing service fee to you. After paying the freight, the goods will start to be shipped and delivered to your door within the agreed time.
